Field Call

Letter drop with attempted contact and warm call transfer.

  • Letter Drop.

  • Warm Call Transfer (WCT): attempt to get the borrower to call into the financial institution.

  • Minimum of 3 images of residence, any vehicles present, and the posted letter (if no contact is made).

Business Inspection

Site visit for auditing and other verification purposes.
